Outlook will not open

Hi Group,

I am trying to open outlook in XP Pro. It will not open, I get an error
message that says nothing. I have done a search for extend.dat and
outcmd.dat and found nothing.

When I open Outlook using the command line with "/safe" at the end, Outlook
opens without any problems. There are no add-ins used. It was working fine
yesterday but today no go.

Any ideas?

That's because those files are in hidden folders. You must enable searching
for hidden files and folders in order to find them.
