Outlook will not open

I have the same error signature except that I can't even open outlook. It starts but the locks up and doesn't respond. When I exit I get that error.
Anyone out there know how fix this?

Same error signature as what? Since you didn't quote the message to which
you were responding, there's no context for your message. Include the
