My Wife & Myself have laptops cnnected WIFI to our desktop.. which runs
Outlook Express.. both laptops run Outlook, The Desktop is permanently
connected and receives emails fromour ISP 24/7 with no problems.... The
laptops however insist on asking every time we connect for the ISP
password... and even when I enter it in "Accounts" it refuses to remember it!
Our ISP Eclipse Internet say it is down to Outlook... They cannot understand
why this problem occurs... Why do Microsoft have to make life so difficult???
Can anybody help please... In English please I am computer literate but do
not understand MS Gobbledegook! Thanks... John :O)

Using Vista? Outlook version? Known bug for at least OL2002 and Vista. No
repair is in the works.
