Outlook will not start. Get popup saying "Encountered problem"

When I left the office yesterday, I closed my Outlook Window and left. This
morning when I came in, my Outlook wouldn't start. I keep getting a popup
saying that "Outlook has encountered a problem and must shutdown". I have
rebooted several times, and done everything I can think of, but it won't
start. What can I do? My job depends on email!
