I have recently installed Office 2003 Pro with Outlook. I have had this
installed on a different computer with no problems. On the new computer,
Outlook will start ONCE only, if I close it it will NOT re-start without
rebooting. I originally thought that this had to do with "CiceroUIWndFrame"
but I have disabled the writing and speech recognition with no change in the
problem? Any ideas?
