outlook will not work

I was using outlook 2003 just fine until an employer asked me to use outlook
express for his messages. This wipe out my outlook entirely. I reinstalled
outlook but it will not send or recieve emails. How do I get it to work again?

You should post to one of the Outlook newsgroups. This newsgroup supports
the OneNote program, not Outlook.
