outlook will only open in safe mode

outlook tries to open normally but will not. I have run diagnostics and it
reports no problems. I shut down my security program as well. It seems any
program that I have cannot connect to outlook such as my blackberry for
syncing contacts and calander.

Which mail account type are you using?
What did you do since the last time it started successfully?
When was that?

account type pop
I shut down normally for the weekend last Saturday and could not open
normally on Monday. It was working normally before I shut it down.
