Outlook with Business Contact Manager question

C

CruisePlanner

I am a home based small business owner, currently using Office 2003. I am
interested in updating so that I can make better use of my database (for
instance, generate list of top 100 clients or all clients who purchased from
me in any given year). I have read about Outlook with Business Contact
Manager and it looks like it might be the right software solution for me.
Will I need to upgrade to Office Small Business Edition? If so, is Office
Small Business Edition 2003 sufficient? I am hesitant to start a new
edition, ie Office 2007.
Any advice would be appreciated. I can't find a way to speak to a Microsoft
sales person on the website.
Thank you.

Hi Planner,

You may want to use the link below to also post your questions on the Outlook Business Contact Manager (BCM) discussion group as
well. Note, that the discussion groups are largely peer support.

The Outlook Business Contact Manager is an add-in for MS Office Outlook. The 2003 BCM add-in is included with MS Office 2003 Small
Business Edition as a separate install
