outlook with Business Manager receive error POP3

I'm receiving this error upon a latest installation; Task 'mail.comcast.net
- Receiving' reported error (0x8004210E) : 'Your mailbox is temporarily
unavailable because another e-mail message is being delivered to it or
another mail application is accessing it. The server responded: -ERR box
locked'

I've updated outlook to SP1 to no resolve. Older versions don't experieince
this problem

sounds like an ISP Problem.
But please read this discussion, maybe it could be a solution for your
problem

Check the account in webmail & see if there is any large message there(It
can be
above 1MB)
If you find any such emails delete them & see if outlook receives mail now
If that doesnt help you may want to try uninstalling anti-virus or firewall
programs as they could be blocking the incoming messages
