Outlook with Citrix: Problem with forms

Hi

I have a problem with Microsoft Outlook 2000 on a Citrix Server XP 1.0 FR3
on Windows 2000 Server. Everytime the user opens the outlook, he receives an
error:

Impossible de démarrer Microsoft Outlook. Une erreur s'est produite lors de
la création d'un formulaire.

Sorry, its a french environment. It says that he cannot create a form. The
user has to start it several times, after 3 to 5 failures, Outlook starts.


When I delete the FRMCACHE.DAT in the user profile, Outlook starts normal
till the next time. It worked for 3 years, until now.

Has anyone some ideas?
