I purchased a retail version of Office Student and Teacher 2003 during the
eligible timeframe for the Technology Guarantee upgrade. According to the
upgrade website, I am supposed to receive Office Home and Student 2007 AND
Outlook 2007. I submitted the required documentation and received the Office
Home and Student 2007 several weeks ago, but have still not received the
Outlook 2007. I've tried contacting the "help" email
([email protected]) several times, but have NEVER
received a response.
I finally called the phone number that showed up on my Visa bill (for the
shipping charge) and spoke to a real person. He told me that there was a
Microsoft memo indicating that this was a known problem and that it was being
resolved.
Has anyone else experienced this problem and does anyone know when the new
Outlook versions will be shipped to those of us who are waiting?
