Outlook with RPC over https

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone help me with this issue?

The enviroment is 2 Windows 2008 running Exchange 2007 in CCR and 1 Windows
2008 running CAS and Hub. FQDN on public DNS is setup and point to natted IP
of CAS. Also third-party SSL certificate apply. Outlook Anywhere on CAS is
enabled.

I can browse to https://FQDN/owa without any issue and authenticated.
However, setup Outlook 2007 to use RPC/Https not success neither in office
or remote, it always try to use TCP/IP (run outlook.exe /rpcdiag). I've
matched 2 authentication method on CAS and Outlook to use Basic
Authentication but still no luck.

Please! Anyone, please help me. I'm not sure what I missed out.

Thanks,

T.

This is probably more of an Exchange question.
You might want to start testing here;
https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/

Also, to get more information, hold CTRL while clicking on the Outlook icon
in the Notification Area and choose Test E-mail AutoConfiguration... and
select the Use AutoDiscover function to check the results of the
configuration settings.

Hi Robert,

Thanks for your advice. I finally fixed this issue.

All I need to do is re-installed RPC over HTTP proxy (ServerManagerCmd -i
RPC-over-HTTP-proxy) and restart the server.

Back to bussiness now.
