Outlook won't configure

When I try to start up Outlook 2003, it gives an error message "The
connection to the MS Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook must be online
or connected to complete this action." The Broadband connection is open and
this is messing up my Activesync.

Thx, gc

Hi,
Right-Click your Outlook Icon
Properties
Email Accounts
View Existing
You probably have Microsoft Exchange set as the type of account.

The I don't think you have an option to change the account type after it's
set.

So, just make sure you have the account information (name, servers, etc),
and close that window.

Then, go back in and create a new account. This time, select the proper
option. I'm guessing it's probably POP3. Then, just continue with the
configuration.

That should do it. Please post back to let us know how that works for you.
:)
