outlook won't connect, web-based exchange will

I am using Outlook Office 2003. When I open it, it won't/can't connect to my
server. However, if I go online and go through the exchange, everything
connects just fine.

Any thoughts on what might be wrong and how I can fix it?

I fixed my own problem, but I thought I'd share how in case anyone runs into
this problem in the future. Basically my router was acting up. I rebooted
that and then everything worked fine.
