Hi - I started having problems with downloading my main email account into outlook express around 5 days ago. Until that time it worked fine. This is my main mail account from my provider that I receive 95% of my mail from. All at once Outlook rejects it and will not let it come in. I have another account with the same provider that comes in fine. I have tried everything imaginable to make it work with little success. I called my provider who claims it is not on their end and therefore MUST be a microsoft problem. I hate using webmail through my provider but that is what I'm doing right now to receive my mail. They suggested I change my password but that didn't work either. Why would one email acct. work yet the main one won't download into outlook express? I have checked all the settings several times and they all are correct. I'm baffled. PLEASE HELP. Many thanks to anyone that can shed some light on this dilemma.
