Outlook wont follow link in email message

reOutlook 2007 wont allow me top open hyperlink in explorer. Keeps asking
for "restricitions are in effect", im the system admin so how do i fix this.
Using Vista SP2

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
