Outlook won't open Access databases

I am running O2K (SP3) and it won't let me open an Access
2002 table. I have tried adding a Level1Remove string to
the Registry so I can save it to disk, but it won't let me
save it.

It tells me it can't save the url (where it came up with
that one, I don't know)

I found the answer. For all of you who have applied the
Level1Remove entry to your registry, look up Knowledgebase
Article #810646, then call Microsoft and ask for the fix.
Hopefully they won't try to charge you $35. Just let them
know this is in reference the the above mentioned KB
Article.

Whenever you have identified the problem and the KB says the Hotfix is the
solution, you are NEVER charged unless you happen to add "oh, and by the
way, can you help me with this little problem I have had with <insert
problem here>" Sticking to the specified problem is the answer. Just don't
get greedy.

Sorry about the confusion, but I WAS told I had run out of
my 2 warranty/free helps and I would have to pay $35 for
additional assitance with this product. I was told later
that that was incorrect and was given the means to correct
the problem from another tech, but I was told it would
cost.
