Outlook Won't Open... AGAIN!

I had this problem a few months back and someone from here
was very helpful. When I click on the Outlook icon, the
About box just hangs. A few months back, they told me how
to clear out my 'cache'. It worked beautifully. All was
restored. But stupid is as stupid does, and I didn't save
the instructions! Can anyone help a poor, dumb blonde save
all her client files? Please?

With Outlook closed, search your computer for outcmd.dat (hidden file)
rename or delete it and try opening Outlook now.
