Outlook won't open/operate in Guest mode

I have just moved house and after setting up my laptop today, I cannot now
access any emails via Outlook when I'm using Guest mode - Administrator mode
is getting them all instead (and wasn't receiving any of them before now).
The only introduced difference is that I'm now using 'wireless' connection to
the Internet - before this I was using what's called 'Broadband' here in NZ.
Could anyone help?

Well you shouldn't be using the guest account at all anyway.
Set up a Standard User (assuming Vista) and use it from there.
