Outlook won't open

recently upgraded to XP now outlook won't open and I'm
getting the following message.

Windows installer, the feature you are trying to use is
on a CD -ROM or other removalble disk that is not
available Insert the microsoft 2000 SR - 1 small business
disk and click OK.

Problem is I don't have that disk available. Anyone care
to help? Thanks Jim
