Outlook won't open

I recently made the mistake of installing M Office 2003, thinking tha
the Outlook app there would be a version which had lots of usability.
didn't realize that I have 2007 on this reconditioned laptop.

Can't get to the Diagnostics. Opened with 'safe' switch; but crashe
when I looked into the add-ins. I don't have the disk to reinstall it
Nothing came with this computer.

Is there some site from which I could download a copy?

If no software or method of restoring win came with the Laptop you are
between a rock and a hard place.
Are you sure the laptop doesnt have a means of recovery?
