Outlook won't open

Outlook Express gives an 'illegal operation' message when
trying to open it. The details say: MSIMN caused an
invalid page fault in module MSOE.DLL at 017f:7a08f011.
How do I fix this? Sometimes I have to go through
Netscape to open my emails.

I would suggest reloading Explorer as Outlook Express is

bundled with it.
