Define "won't play". What happens when you try?

Having same problem as Gordon. When I click on the attachment Windows Movie
Maker tries to open it but then it shows a message saying "...wmv is not a
valid Window Movie Maker project file. To import a picture, audio, or video
file to use in your project, on the File menu, select Import into
Collections."

A couple of days ago I installed Microsoft Office Enteprise 2007. With my
old Outlook wmv files would open with Windows Media Player, not Movie Maker.

Please advise.

Um, Gordon's not having the problem. Gordon was asking a question of
deno1952, who is having the problem.
When I click on the attachment Windows Movie
Maker tries to open it but then it shows a message saying "...wmv is not a
valid Window Movie Maker project file. To import a picture, audio, or video
file to use in your project, on the File menu, select Import into
Collections."

So, use Woindows Control Panel to change the file association for .wmv files
to have them open in WIndows Media Player. This isn't an Outlook issue.

Not on the same PC as you have Outlook, I hope. And if not the same PC, it's
unlikely this has anything to do with it.

It is an outlook issue. I have the same problem since installing office patch 3

Outlook 2003 seems to not open video, just audio when I click an attachment
that should have both audio and video. Any suggestions on fixing that issue?

Please RSVP to (e-mail address removed). Thanks
