Hi everyone!
I have 2 accounts set up in Outlook 2003. I've already gone to the MAIL
control panel and turned on the "prompt for user profile" option and set up
multiple profiles, but Outlook still doesn't prompt me to choose one. it
just opens up to my default.
Any suggestions?

TIA

That's a sign that Outlook might not be closing completely when you think it
should be. Use Task manager to see if OUTLOOK.EXE still exists as a process
after you close Outlook. If so, you have some add-in app keeping it open.

Hi Brian,
I've checked that as well but there was nothing for outlook there. I also
restarted my PC and opened outlook and it behaved the same way.

Had this recently with one of my clients. I found it was a COM addin that
wasn't closing properly, incidentally this was Googles Desktop plugin.

Try disabling the COM addins and normal addins until it fires up. Process of
elimiation.

To do this go to: Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options > ADDin
Managaer / COM addins.

Hope that helps,

Tom
