Outlook wont send attachments to some recipients, but OE does?

I have installed Office 2003 on a PC that was using OE for email, I moved the
mail over to Outlook 2003 and now I can't send attachments to some recipients.
The email goes, but only the text arrives, it has the attachment still in my
Sent Items, but the attachment never makes it to the email server.
If I send the same email using OE on the same PC, it goes fine and the
attachment turns up?

Any help would be great?
