Outlook won't send, does receive, and no error msg.

Been using Outlook 2003 with no problems. Sudddenly yesterday I noticed I had
14 messages in my Outbox that didn't send. I have auto-send/receive every 5
minutes. Tried several times to send, get no error message, but nothing
sends. In fact, now it doesn't even try, just says Send/Receive complete but
doesn't show it has 14 to send in the S/R window, but still has the msgs in
the Outbox.
