Outlook won't start correctly unless I reboot and I can receive b.

I have tried uninstall and reinstalling office. I have removed cookies and
cleared cache. I tried the repair function on the CD. Outlook fails to open
but when I reboot it shows as not being shut down. On reboot it will open
but I am unable to send messages. Can any one help?

HI Tia,
have you created an email account?
Do you get any error message?
Have you checked you account settings, if you have created an account!
