Outlook won't start. Folders could not be opened. What's wrong?

Outlook 2003. Attempting to open I get the message: "Unable to open Outlook
window. The set of folders couldnot be opened.The server is not available".
OS is XP Pro and I am an individual user, no network.

Try creating a new mail profile and see if that one works right.
