Outlook won't start; Process id=0x454 (1108)

I can no longer get Outlook 2003 to open (XP Professional). Every time I try
to open it, I get this:
OUTLOOK.EXE - Common Language Runtime Debugging Service
Process id=0x454 (1108), Thread id=0xd74 (3444).
If I try to debug, it says I have no debugger.
HELP! I cannot get into my email, contacts, calendar - nothing!
