I suddenly can't open my outlook 2007. It starts to open and I get an error
message, "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook
window. The set fo folders cannot be opened. The attempt to log on to
Microsoft Exchange has failed." I have deleted my profile and created a new
one, but when it does the configuration, I get a check next to Establish
network connection, but partway through the Search for (e-mail address removed)
server settings, I get a message that says, "The action cannot be completed.
The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online
or connected to complete this action."
I have logged on to the same PC as a different user and was able to open
Outlook just fine. So, it's not the program on the computer, it's my
profile.
How can I wipe out my profile and start all over again?
