I've installed Outlook 2002 from a CD that came with my new Dell Axim X30
Pocket PC. Outlook is configured, I set up a profile, it's sending and
receiving e-mail, the whole nine yards. When I try to sync using ActiveSync
3.7.1, however, I get two separate error messages, in succession.
The first one is:
"No profiles have been created. To create a new profile, use the Mail icon
in the Control Panel."
and then:
"Synchronization cannot be completed because your personal information
manager (PIM) program cannot be accessed. Ensure your PIM is running, and
try to synchronize again. If you PIM program is running, restart your
desktop computer."
Help, please!
