Recently installed sp2 for MS Office Pro 2003 and Outlook will no longer
work. I get the messages below:

!Task 'mail.adelphia.net - Sending' reported error (0x800XXX15) : 'Unable to
connect to the network. Check your network connection or modem.'
!Task 'mail.adelphia.net - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210A) : 'The
operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server.
If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).
!Task 'mail.adelphia.net - Sending' reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The
operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server.
If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP).

Internet Explorer works fine and I can use adelphia webmail, but much prefer
Outlook. ISP states there's a reported problem on this, but no fix is given.

A problem on their end or Outlook? I would just create a new mail profile
and configure it to use your current .pst file.
