Outlook & Word

I am using Office 2003 Professional.
I have many MS Word documents (sales contracts, prospect letters, follow
ups, etc) saved and want to open them up with a specific Outlook contact's
information in specific places in the documents. I can't figure out how to
do this. Can anyone help me?
