Outlook XML error

I cannot open my Outlook 2007. I get an error that reads"

"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window.
Invlaid XML, the view cannot be loaded"

I have tried to open in safe mode, repair using the CD's, Resetnavpane all
with no luck...

Click to expand the "Navigation Pane settings (.xml)" section. See what
happens when you move or rename the outlook.xml file (while Outlook is
*not* running).

The resetnavpane switch is the fix - are you sure outlook was completely
unloaded before you tried reopening it with the switch? (look for
outlook.exe in task manager, processes tab)
