Outlook XP 2002 -outllib.dll error - wont store password/quits

Hi,

This is the problem:

Outlook 2002 won't store password for POP3 account, has to be re-entered
every time I start the program.

A send/receive screen appears on exit (No, it is not set up to send/receive
on exit)

Sometimes Outlook quits when starting.

Even viewer error message says:
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 10.0.2627.1, faulting module
outllib.dll, version 10.0.2627.1, fault address 0x000e1679.

Fault bucket 00641119.

So far I have updated everything and disabled NAV office pluguin with no
luck, plus I've unistalled Office XP 2002 and reinstalled a couple of times.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
