Maybe to be more precise it is not autopreview as that is
not even supported that I can tell in the calendar. It is
the preview pane which becuase of all the extra stuff,
the notes are not easily visible on a 1024 x 768 display.
Any idea how to limit the preview pane to only the notes?

In the Calendar, the autopreview shows all of the header
related items, subject, location, start and end time
settings, reminder, show time as, and label. The notes
after all that. In Outlook 2000 it only showed the notes
and you would open the appointment to see all the other
info. It also has this annoying flicker.
Thanks for any help.

That's what AutoPreview does -- show the notes. What
