In Outlook XP and 2003, you can change the time intervals for appointments.
If you set the time interval to 10 minutes, Outlook displays the 10 minute
intervals in the DAY view. If you click on NEW Appointment and select a
start time or end time the intervals are fixed at 30 minutes. Any time can
be entered manually. This is time comsuming and increases the possibility of
an error in the entry of the time.
