Hi,
I have a really strange phenomenon here at work.
One of the new laptops we got has Vista Business on it and we installed
Office XP suite (SP3).
The user is getting attachments just fine but not from an AOL user.
The message in the Inbox shows paper clip and size of the message shows an
attachment. However when you open the message it doesn't show any links to
click for attachment or even mention that it exists somewhere.
One work around for this was saving the message to desktop as an EML file
and then double clicking on it. It would let you see all attachments and open
them properly, but that has quit working.
Also the same e-mail that is CCed to other users in the company will get
delivered just fine.
We run Ipswich's iMail server (no Exchange, yuk!) and I have already
eliminated any issues with it. AV has also been eliminated.
Any ideas? (Besides getting getting rid of AOL, lol..., what can I say )
Thanks
