Outlook XP auto forward emails in the "Sent" folder as they come i

I would like to have all sent items BCC'd to another email account - can this
be done through a rule or other way?

Thank you Sue. I tried method 1 and 2 without success. Method 1 essentially
locked up Outlook, and method 2 generated send failures on a single test
message, then locked up outlook. Any ideas?
