Hi all !
Using Outlook XP for about 2 years now in the office, but suddenly, no
one can send an e-mail to anyone outside our e-mail domain (e-mail
server (POP3) is hosted by our ISP).
So, if our e-mail domain equals "ouroffice.com", we can mail to
(e-mail address removed), but not to, for example, (e-mail address removed).
Two really wierd things :
1: No error message is shown from Outlook. Nothing ! It seems to send
the e-mail happily, but it never, ever arrives to the destination
(receiver).
2: It works perfectly in Netscape 7.1, with exactly the same e-mail
account settings !!!
Has anyone else seen this ?
Any solution, whatsoever, or can I finally force my co-workers to use
a "real" e-mail client (Netscape) instead of Outlook, which is giving
me more and more headache every day now...
TIA,
