I have Outlook XP setup to work with my IMAP account and an ldap directory
server (Active Directory) to lookup email addresses. I have thus a default
Outlook.pst file representing my personal folders under Outlook Today and
another imap.pst for my imap folders. Whenever an email is sent to an an
invalid address, it gets bounced back to the inbox under the Outlook Today
personal folders and not under the Inbox under my imap folders. I tried
setting up a rule for moving messages from the default Inbox to the inbox
under imap folders but I dont get an option of setting up rules for that
folder. Is there any other way to move the message to the correct Inbox? Or
prompt users to let them know that an email bounced back?
thanks,
aikay.
