Outlook XP "enter network password"

An "enter network password" window keeps popping up.
This seems to be a known issue in OL 2002, however, I
can't find any fixes for XP. Anyone know how to fix
this????

Does your outlook connect to a Exchange Server?
If so is that machine in the Nt Domain?

Outlook XP is Outlook 2002, its real name is Outlook 2002 while the office
suite is called XP, have you checked this For Outlook 2000 or 2002 on Win
98, NT, or 2000:
