Outlook XP \ Exchange 2003 - meeting room added as a resource not retained when date changed

Hi,

One of my customer's had booked a meeting room as a resource and
invited several colleagues. She changed the date of the meeting, and
did not notice anything out of the ordinary. However, when she and her
colleagues had the meeting, it was interrupted by other individuals who
had booked the meeting room for the same time.

Looking in the meeting room's calendar, I can see the other party's
appointment, but not the original user's booked meeting. However, I can
see this in the user's own calendar.

Can anyone advise of how I can prevent this from happening again?
