Outlook XP Hung Application

I use Office XP and am having problems with Outlook. All
the other apps in Office run just fine. Specifically,
Outlook continually freezes after it's been open for a few
minutes. I have to end program and am prompted to send an
error message to Microsoft. There are two different error
messages I'm getting:

Error Message #1 says:
S2 App Name: Outlook.exe
S2 App Ver 10.0.4510.0
S2 Mod Name: hung app
S2 Mod Ver: 0.0.0.0
Offset 00000000

Error Message #2 says:
S2 App Name: Outlook.exe
S2 App Ver 10.0.4510.0
S2 Mod Name: OUTLLIB.DLL
S2 Mod Ver: 10.0.4712.0
Offset 00039F8F

I have updated all the Office updates there are to be
downloaded, I have repaired Office, and nothing seems to
work. I keep getting these error messages and can't
locate anything in the KB regarding this problem. Help,
please.
