Outlook XP installed over existing Outlook2000

Every since I installed Office XP, including Outlook, over
my existing Outlook2000, Outlook is VERY VERY VERY slow to
start up.

Any way to fix this.

(I've noticed this on two workstations - both new stations
using a Windows XP os
