I just set up wife's laptop for dialup networking via a bluetooth-capable
Motorola cell phone. I am able to connect to my employer's network, browse
the internet, etc. but every time I open Outlook XP it asks for the
password. The really confusing part is that this does NOT happen when I
connect this same machine to the same network using a land line, Outlook
happily opens without bothering me for the password every time, it only does
it when I connect via the cell phone. A different laptop, configured
similarly, doesn't have this problem (although that machine is running
Outlook 2003, not Outlook XP). Since the problem only occurs with the cell
phone connection, I'm assuming the problem must be in the Network Connection
configuration rather than my Outlook/Exchange setup, but I can't figure out
what the issue is. Any ideas?
