Outlook XP LDAP Search error

Do you know why an Outlook XP client who connects to a
SBS2000 with Exchange2000 and when is creating a new
message does an LDAP Directory search rather than a Global
Address Book search everytime the user clicks on the "To"
button when searching for recipients?

This is likely due to the fact the LDAP provider is set to the highest
priority in address book search order. To check this click on the Address
book icon on the toolbar to bring up the Address book. Then from the
Tool -> Options menu item, look on the addressing tab in the search order
list and move the Contacts and GAL up in the search order.
