Hi All
I maintain an image with WinXP SP1 and OfficeXP SP2. The machines are added to an NT Domain and the Outlook client has 2 profiles connecting to 2 different corporate exchange servers. One using Domain authentication and the other "None", prompting the user for a username and password. When in the latter profile the initial logon criteria would cache, but serveral users have upgraded office to SP3 and the username and domain fields no longer cache their logon credentials.
I've checked the registry under HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Exchange and found the strings "UserName" and "UserDomain" still hold the users' logon credentials, but they don't appear when logging into Outlook. Modifying the string values does no good. Any help would be greatly appreciated....Thanks in advance
