I have a dll that is using Outlook to send tasks, meetings
and mails for me. However, each time it tries to send an
item, Outlook XP displays a message requesting my
permission. I don't want Outlook to ask for my permission,
but just do it. I run the same library on Outlook 2000 and
it is OK (no messages are displayed). How do I make
Outlook XP not to ask for permission each time I send an
item???

You cannot get OL to skip the warning. However, you can bypass the OL
'guard' with something like Output Redemption
(http://www.dimastr.com/redemption/). I don't know anything about how
good/bad/indifferent it is or its licensing/pricing requirements.

You may also want to check something like
