Outlook XP security setting - Urgent

Dear
Our internal develop appliaction auto using MS outlook xp send out
message.On my appliaction connect to outlook send our message, it prompt out
the message as " A program is trying to access e-mail addess you have stored
in outlook. Do you want to allow this". If this is unexpected, it may be a
virus and you should choose "No", Allow access for 1 minute. Yes / No / .
How can turn off this message in Outlook XP .
